You can sign up for an account in a variety of ways including using an email or just logging in directly via your Apple, Facebook or Google accounts. Alternatively, you can visit the website to create an account. To get started with Calm, you’ll need to download the app from the iOS or Google Play app stores. People who already have a meditation practice may or may not find this a worthwhile addition, depending on their goals.
